Privacy policy

If you join the launch waitlist, we collect your email address and consent time. If you create an account, we also collect subscription details, optional notes and plans, self-reported usage check-ins, reminder history, cancellation records and security session records.

We do not request bank credentials, transaction history, mailbox content, browsing history, contacts or streaming usage.

A waitlist email is used only for launch and early-access updates. Account data is used to calculate subscription decision dates and review priority, show your account information, and deliver reminders you request. A skipped check-in remains unknown and is never treated as zero usage.

The AI assistant is off by default. If you enable it, the subscription name, structured plan dates, decision evidence, timing estimates, your question and up to six recent on-screen messages are sent to our contracted AI service provider for processing. Notes, exact usage counts, your email and account identifiers are excluded unless you type them into a question. Selydo does not save the conversation. Scores and recommendations are still calculated by the app.

If you opt in, an Expo device token is stored and sent to Expo’s push service solely to deliver subscription reminders. You can turn push reminders off from Settings.

Waitlist data is kept until launch communications are complete or you ask us to remove it. Account data is kept while your account is active. Account deletion removes live account records; encrypted backups follow the service operator’s published retention schedule.

You can leave the waitlist by emailing [email protected]. Account holders can edit or delete subscriptions, export all account data, and permanently delete their account from Account settings.

Passwords are hashed, refresh sessions rotate, and native tokens are stored in the device secure store. Access to subscription data is scoped to the authenticated account.
